What services do you offer?

I offer a specialised choice of beauty therapy treatments, which include the following:

Facials
Lash lifting
Lash extensions
Brow / lash Tint

Where are you based?

I’m based in Headley Down,Hampshire where I offer treatments and therapies from my dedicated treatment room at my home. This is just outside Grayshott, offering easy access and free parking.

Can you come to my home?

Unfortunately I don’t offer a mobile service.

What are your prices?

For my latest prices, please see the Prices page of this website. I believe my prices are very competitive for the level of personalised service I provide.

How long will my treatment last?

Each treatment lasts a different length of time, so please contact me if you’d like to know more. One thing that all treatments have in common though, is that they’re unhurried and relaxed. You will feel as though you have plenty of time to enjoy all the benefits of your chosen treatment(s), and I won’t rush you out of the door at the end of your session.

What products do you use?

Any treatment is only as good as the products the therapist uses. Therefore I endeavour to use the highest quality products available. It’s important to me that all the products I use are paraben-free, cruelty-free and as natural as possible. Brands I use include Eve Taylor, Lashbase and Refectocil. If you want to know more about the ingredients in any products I use, please do not hesitate to get in touch.

I’m allergic to certain products or ingredients – can you help me?

Of course. I select all my products very carefully. However, if you have a known problem with a particular product or ingredient, please do not hesitate to get in touch to discuss this and I can suggest some alternatives. I will also perform patch test for all tint and lash treatments.

What should I wear for my treatment?

Under current government guidelines for Covid clients are required to wear a mask to the salon. Loose and comfortable clothing is also a good idea.

Can I have treatments if I’m pregnant?

Some of my treatments are suitable for pregnant women. However, it’s a good idea to get advice from a doctor before you have any treatments while pregnant.

What if I'm under 18?

Some of my treatments are unsuitable for anyone under 18. There are treatments that are suitable for under 18s but a parent must be present and have signed consent for you. Please contact me to find out if the treatment you require is suitable.

I’ve been seeing Di for regular massage treatments and the odd pamper session for a number of years now and she is by far the best. She takes the time to ask exactly what you need from your treatment and never rushes. I feel amazing after treatments and can’t recommed her enough.

Her beauty room is conviniently located for frequent visits. Di offers flexible appointment times which enables me to have treatments outside of my hectic work schedule. She is aso accomodating offering home visits which encourages my husband to have a treatment after mine.
Di is incredibly friendly , professional and always makes you feel you are her primary focus and doesn’t rush through your session. I highly recommend her to everyone!

I have recently had a treatment at skin deep beauty with Di. After a stressful period I have suffered breakouts on my face around my chin which was both irritating and making me self conscious .. I spoke with Di who recommended a soothing facial .. I was so disappointed that I hadn’t spoke to her sooner !!.. the treatment was amazing, lovely space calming atmosphere with a relaxing fire place .. the lotions smelt gorgeous no irritation on my skin just really soothing .. had an amazing scalp massage as my face mask was setting !!. Fantastic experience, came out not only with soothed skin but de stressed as well .. can’t recommend Di enough in fact left booking slots for my daughter and ordering 2 gift vouchers for friends for gifts !!..

About Me

I’m Di Hancock – originally a qualified sports massage professional with more than 10 years’ experience of working with a wide range of clients. More recently I have developed a keen interest in beauty therapy, and have trained as a beautician to offer a more specialised range of treatments to my valued clients.
